Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager
Location: Surrey BC

Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle the physical flow of goods, from receiving new shipments to safely packaging orders for delivery. You will also maintain clean facilities and keep inventory records accurate. Your efficiency and accuracy will directly impact our shipping times and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Boxing: Securely pack and label products following company standards. Assemble boxes, crates, or containers for safe transit.
Receiving: Unload incoming delivery trucks, verify contents against packing slips, and report any damaged or missing items.
Inventory Management: Count, sort, and log stock items using our warehouse tracking system. Organize goods on shelves logically to maximize space.
Warehouse Cleaning: Keep aisles, packing stations, and loading bays clean and free of hazards. Dispose of trash, cardboard, and debris daily.
Safety Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety rules and properly use protective gear (PPE).

Qualifications & Skills

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry 50 to 80 lbs (23 to 36 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entire duration of your shift on a concrete floor.
Experience: Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills for inventory counts, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using hand scanners or tablets to log inventory.
Certifications (Preferred): A valid driver's license and forklift certification are highly ideal but not mandatory.
