Our award winning company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations and the manufacturing of our advanced aseptic processing systems. This position requires routine interaction with various departments including; manufacturing, quality, procurement and engineering. Exceptional communication skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and the ability to effectively work in a team and independently are required. Excellent problem solving skills are also key for this role.

  • Perform inventory transactions using our ERP system.
  • Receive, handle and store incoming inventory items. 
  • Organize inventory and maintain safety stock levels.
  • Perform parts picking activities as per the work order schedule.
  • Verify inbound and outbound items against packing list and/or commercial invoices.
  • Conduct cycle counts as per schedule.
  • Ensure effective communication is conducted amongst departments pertaining to inventory and work orders.
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail approach in performing work, a strong ability to successfully work in teams and effectively work independently.
  • Ensuring day-to-day activities are performed in compliance of the safety program.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
  • Contribute and foster an environment which encourages, supports, and recognizes new ideas and initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as implementing new processes, equipment, etc.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years warehouse and receiving experience 
  • Valid forklift operator certificate 
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Able to lift 35 lbs
  • A post-secondary degree, equivalent diploma, or experience in Operations Management or Materials Management.
