Rapidly expanding property management firm seeking a VP Property Manager for their Vancouver team.

Your new company
One of Western Canada's fastest growing real estate services firm is currently seeking a VP Property Manager based out of Vancouver. With a large portfolio across the BC region, this firm has asset classes ranging from office, retail, industrial, residential and strata properties. The hallmark of this firm is to serve longstanding clients with a high level of quality and service.

Your new role
The VP Property Manager job involves overseeing a team of property managers and work closely with them to oversee the management of a commercial portfolio. As the VP Property Manager, you will work with the executive team to ensure monthly financials and budgets are met, provide sufficient training and mentoring to the property management staff, and establish and maintain strong client and vendor relations. You will be working with different departments including the leasing team, reviewing budget planning and forecasting, managing and negotiating contracts and overseeing the operations procedures and policies.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have 10+ years of commercial property management experience. You will have your post-secondary degree and your property management license. Additional field related designations such as an RPA/CPM designation is highly regarded. You have an incredible eye for detail in financials and are a strong mentor for your team. You have excellent management skills with a strong competency in MS Office. A valid driver's license is required.
