Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Virtual Customer Service Associate to assist customers with questions and provide excellent support. This is an entry-level role, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, or phone.

  • Provide helpful and professional customer support.

  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.

  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records.

  • Follow company procedures and service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
