Serves as successor to the board president; Performs president responsibilities when the president cannot be available;Works closely with the president, executive director, and other board members;Participates closely with the president to develop and implement officer transition;Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the board.
Vice President Key Responsibility：
> Works with other co-workers on matters related to daily operation, establishing meeting agenda and following such agendas
> Works with executive board to make certain all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed
> Assures all meeting and functions are conducted in an orderly fashion as well as follow the company’s policies and regulations
> Keeps the President and other executive officers informed
> Make certain that annual reports are fully completed before the deadline.
> Briefs the President on responsibilities of position and updates/informs new executive board on current involvement of company.

The ability to lead and motivate groups and individuals. Able to think creatively and strategically to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally. Able to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations.
Strong project management skills. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
Proven leadership and consensus building skills. Solid and broad understanding of all aspects of fiscal management and information technology. Proven negotiation and mediation skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
