Box Concepts Food Group is a multi-brand food service and hospitality company with over 70 franchise and corporate restaurant locations across North America and Internationally. With an expanding portfolio of businesses to manage, Box Concepts Food Group is in search of a Vice President of Business Development to lead the franchise, real estate, and development business channel of Box Concepts Food Group.
The Vice President will report directly to the CEO and be integral to the management and development of Box Concepts.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities necessary to successfully perform the Vice President position.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or 10 or more years experience in a senior sales or project management position in a complex business and sales environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, legal agreements, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write detailed correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have competent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as a competent knowledge of social media programs such as Facebook and Linkedin, and an ability to learn and develop computer based customer marketing and database solutions (eg. Salesforce, Pipedrive).
The Vice President – Business Development position is a full-time position with travel throughout North America occurring as the position requires.
Compensation will be structured on a base compensation and benefits with significant incentives for performance and overall business growth.
