Our growing Top 50 Tech company in Burnaby is looking to add a Payroll Manager to join their team.  This diverse team is looking for a Manager to lead all aspects of the US Payroll.  Reporting into the Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

- Process bi-weekly US ADP hourly and salaried payroll 

- Process new hires, terminations, adjustments, special pay, and deductions

- Maintain hourly Time and Attendance system

- Resolve payroll and benefit issues and enquiries

- Process records of employment

- Review payroll for accuracy prior to distributions

- Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and benefits worksheets

- Assist in calculating and remittance of US insurance premiums

- Reconcile remittances to government agencies

- Assist in enrolment and termination of benefit coverage

- Prepare and process year end related tasks

Ideally you have five years of Payroll experience with two being in the US.  You also have your PCP, and excellent Excel skills.  Experience with ADP Workforce Now would be an asset.  This company provides excellent mentoring, growth and amazing benefits.  Bonus too!
