About our Client

Our client is a well-known, high-end Commercial Real Estate Broker and is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join their high-performing team of professionals on a permanent basis starting as soon as possible. This position helps process deal documents for the Vancouver office. It offers a competitive salary, benefits, and annual bonus for the ideal candidate. This position will mainly work from the office, but there will be opportunities to work from home as well. Responsibilities

  • Detailed review of lease transactions and purchase & sale agreements submitted for processing
  • Collect necessary information from the agreements for statistical purposes
  • Comply with the requirements of the Real Estate Council and CRA
  • Review transactions for accuracy once entered
  • Manage trust accounts including commission cheques, deposit cheques, and interest bearing term deposits
  • Deal with excess deposits and write trust cheques
  • Provide customer service to sales professionals, clients and legal counsel pertaining to real estate transactions


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Minimum two (2) years experience/training in a related field
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance in the Real Estate industry
  • Understanding of B.C. regulations in Real Estate
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Can comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
