PURPOSE:

Candidates must provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving passengers at terminal counters, lobby and platforms. They will be responsible to consistently present a professional and positive image of Greyhound Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Selling tickets
  • Travel information
  • Billing and handling express and baggage and emergencies
  • Making reports, answering telephones and general responsibility for operation of depots in the absence of his/her designated authority.
  • Work opening and closing shifts when required

EDUCATION:
  • Completed high school, some college an asset

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
  • Customer Service experience an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Terminal environment
  • Should be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Shift Work
