Your new role
As the Tenant Services Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Team, including the coordination of tenant move in/move out and the drafting of documents related to this, such as welcome letters, move out letters and maintenance memos. You will be responsible for keeping service / vendor contact lists up to date as well as managing vendor information. In addition you will assist with coordinating events and ad hoc duties to support the General Manager and Property Manager. Through this role you will gain exposure to various parts of the business while providing general support to the operations and property managers and working collaboratively with the administration team in addition to your tenant coordination responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years related administration experience, and you will ideally have exposure to property management. You will act as a liaison between partners, vendors and other service providers, and you will pride yourself on having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
