About our Client

Our client is a renowned financial planning company with amazing new offices based in Langley. They are looking for a temporary or permanent Office Assistant to join their award-winning team. In this role, you will be supporting this small office with administrative tasks and creating a special client experience with your friendly and outgoing demeanor. Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Word processing and data entry
  • Electronic and hard copy filing
  • Scanning, filing, managing boardroom, calendar management
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Happy friendly demeanor – great with people
