Temporary Administrative Assistant - North Shore

Are you an admin-savvy professional that is looking for a great opportunity to expand your experience, grow your skills, and gain valuable, industry-specific knowledge through work? We currently have multiple temporary positions of various lengths available in the North Shore area.

We are looking for strong candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

Location: North Vancouver

Term: These are temporary positions.

Some responsibilities may include:

  • Providing high-level and basic administrative support to the management team
  • Calendar management including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and events
  • Completing daily correspondence via phone, email, and in person
  • Preparing agendas and take meeting minutes at weekly meetings
  • Participating in ongoing maintenance of database as needed
  • Collecting data and prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Proofreading various documentation while exercising strong discretion
  • Troubleshooting client inquiries and assist with various transactions
  • Providing reception coverage as needed


  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, typing, and data entry
  • Proactive, energetic, and outgoing attitude is a must
  • Team player who can also work autonomously
