A wonderful organization based in Richmond are seeking some temporary assistance for a period of 2 months. This non-profit business offers a rewarding opportunity to help amplify the voices, needs and desires of the communities they support.

Their offices are in a very transit friendly location near Lansdowne.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and modify contract documentation, mail out documents for approval, and maintain document processing status
  • Assist with reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Maintain contract information on database, monitor expenditures and identify discrepancies
  • Verify and reconcile invoices upon receival, enter into database
  • Gather and compile contract and/or financial data as needed
  • Prepare billing and collection fees
  • Issue invoices to vendors and record/process deposits
  • Other duties as required

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as an account coordinator or similar
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and experience using databases
  • Great organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proof of vaccinations required
