•Working closely with the Program Manager, you will help support key systems changes to improve TELUS wireline customer experience nationally: Qualifications:What you bring to the role:
•Assist with operational readiness and coordination activities in preparation for a major systems tool replacement that will bring new cloud-based capabilities to TELUS team members across Canada
•Be part of a project team that spans multiple provinces and multiple business areas
•Opportunity to own small process improvement projects that will use your business analytic skills
•Your key responsibilities will include license administration, business requirement collection, process mapping, user acceptance testing, project management and communications. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and will have exposure to senior leadership
•Creative mind and ability to think out of the box
•Passion for business analytics and systems analysis
•A strong sense of personal initiative and want to make a difference for TELUS customers and your team
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•General knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office, with strong focus on Sheet/Excel and Doc/Word
•Ability to present ideas and solutions to ensure understanding in a group setting
•Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive change to increase effectiveness
•Skilled at relationship-building and collaborating
•Demonstrated strong academic aptitude
•Experience working in high-performing groups in a business or academic setting
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
