Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemarketer (Call Center) to provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, sells a variety of products and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential sales to quickly determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call
  • Persuading potential customers to make a purchase or take another kind of action using a prepared script with price quotations and additional information
  • Completing orders by recording purchases, names, and addresses as well as other important information
  • Understanding customers’ needs and determining what offerings suit them best.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships

Skills:

  • Communication skills, specifically over the phone
  • Persuasiveness and the ability to convince strangers to take the desired action
  • Persistence and being able to answer questions and address concerns
  • General customer service skills including active listening and empathizing with customer needs
