TelmedIQ is looking for bright, talented people to help us continue to build and evolve our next generation secure communications platform. For this role, TelmedIQ is seeking a Technical Project Manager motivated to be part of a team whose goal is to revolutionize Healthcare Communications.

You will work with our external customers, and internal multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, services and sales professionals who are focused on the next generation of Healthcare applications and workflows. In this role you will be a lead driver furthering our Customer Onboarding process, improve our services group, and aid with pre-sales activities. This position is ideal for a Project Manager professional with a background in technology, and experience implementing software solutions in a distributed environment for large organizations. We are looking for someone who will bring passion and drive towards ensuring our services high quality is maintained.

Proven working experience in leading Technical Implementations or Project Management.
BS in Computer Science, engineering, or similar; or equivalent experience.
Ability to work in an agile environment.

Critical thinker with the ability to digest complex issues and speak to multiple facets of the business.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate customer implementation activities.
Work with the necessary project tools and methods to determine and effectively communicate project status and progress.
Review and follow up on critical defects and issues with Group Leads and escalate as required.
Acquire business and product knowledge to improve customer interactions, and to educate customer of additional opportunities to utilize our product suite.
Capture customer product enhancement requests and provide such feedback/ideas to the product team.
Accountable for overall delivery of programs or projects on time, on budget, and on scope.
Integrate technology, people, and process streams of work on a project and act as a leader in driving the team to reach the project objectives to completion.
Prepare and deliver executive presentations, and facilitate requirements and planning workshops.
Manage with lab or pilot integration projects with our partners (e.g., EPIC, Cerner, CAS, Zebra, etc.)
Support requests for proposal as necessary as these often have an element of implementation and service questioning.
Proactive in taking the initiative and the lead for identifying and resolving issues.
Maintain and encourage open lines of communication between groups/functional
Mentor project team resources.
