Technical Project Manager role with a fast-growing technology organization based in Abbotsford, BC.

Hands-on technical project delivery role working closely with software engineering teams across complex, full-stack systems.
Strong focus on end-to-end delivery of software initiatives across backend, frontend, and infrastructure environments.
Highly collaborative, engineering-driven environment with direct exposure to technical teams and leadership.
Full-time permanent role, onsite in Abbotsford, BC.

What & Why
Our client is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support delivery across multiple software development initiatives. This is a hands-on technical delivery role, not a traditional administrative PM position.
You will be responsible for driving software projects from planning through release, working directly with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced product environment. The role requires someone who can understand technical constraints, support engineering execution, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with developers, understands how software systems are built, and wants exposure to complex, real-world engineering challenges in an AI and video analytics environment.

You:

3–5 years of experience in project management within a software or technical environment.
Background in software development OR strong experience working closely with engineering teams in a technical delivery role.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how software is built and released.
Experience managing technical projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and translate technical discussions into execution plans.
Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

$100,000 – $120,000 base salary.
Extended health, dental, and vision.
3 weeks vacation.
