You’ll get to leverage your expert knowledge of the Lower Mainland and its roadways and back-routes to build response crews for call-ins from the client base and general public.
Never a dull moment, but always interesting!
Taking calls from the general public about work needing doing, relating to traffic hazards, roadways, downed trees, and whatever else can come up. You’ll be the first response for some of these, so maintaining a calm and customer focused demeanor in the face of panic will be part of the daily job. You’ll also work with a very cool map and dispatch system to get the necessary work done by the service crews.
2-3 years call center or dispatch experience
Very thorough knowledge of the entire Lower Mainland
Extremely strong communication skills
Available to work all shifts
