Under the general direction of the Manager, Telecom & Infrastructure Technology, the Team Leader, Telecom is responsible for the design, day to day operations and maintenance of core telecommunications systems. These include telephony and mobility systems and applications, voicemail, fax, paging, wireless communications, and other related technologies. The role includes overseeing and coordinating staff, developing policies and procedures, providing project management, and looking for cost savings opportunities as they relate to telecommunications services.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00

Qualfications•Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science, four years' recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.

•Ability to deal with other effectively.
•Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
