As the Talent Management Specialist, you are responsible for implementing and supporting talent management programs, cycles, and processes as well as inclusion and diversity initiatives for Canfor. You project manage key activities for each talent management cycle, analyze talent data, and perform analysis and reporting for all programs.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Development, you will execute and measure effectiveness of talent management programs while collaborating with the talent development team, HR, and business leaders to develop, communicate and implement programs and processes.

To excel in this role, you come armed with a degree or certificate in Human Resources and experience with HRIS system(s). A background in talent analytics, prior power BI experience and a past in project management, will emphasize your application.
