As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, your top priority is to build the Traction team with empowered individuals who are intrinsically motivated to work together to find a better way to do…anything. You will live and breathe the essence of Traction's culture and build strong and trusted relationships with our candidates and Tractionites. You learn the ins and outs of our business and what it takes to be successful in every role. You are a full cycle recruiting dynamo able to recruit for technical and non-technical positions. Talking to people and making them feel at ease comes naturally to you, and helping others is how you get on with life. Above all, you are passionate about matching the right people with the right role on the right team. You recognize the value of a holistic approach to recruitment, seeing past the GPA and years of experience to understand candidates' underlying motivations and values. We are not a normal "HR" team. We are a People, Culture and Happiness Team. Our scope goes beyond human resources to encompass everything that makes Traction a place where you walk in the front door fulfilled.

Traction on Demand's hiring philosophy is based on culture, intelligence and then skills. Here's what we mean by that:

Imagine working with a group of your smartest friends who all love to learn. Everyone is always pushing each other to grow and innovate at a pace that can only be called furious. We are never idle or stagnant. We seek and share knowledge. We are comfortable with the unknown. We just "git 'r done."
