Our Client seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager with 8 years progressive in-house recruitment experience, the majority in the tech sector.

What- the Role:
Talent Acquisition Manager, working with a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team, (two recruiters, 1 recruitment coordinator, and growing!), you will have the opportunity to lead a team through exponential growth, and bring forward your demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and developing recruitment plans. You will have the ability to showcase your skills in leveraging our client’s employee brand in attracting highly qualified candidates.
Who- the Candidate:
A solid team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are driven, adaptable, and friendly and have experience leading and mentoring a recruitment team. You’ll have the opportunity to bring forward your recruitment best practices across branding, sourcing, interviewing, and selection and tap into your strong connections in local talent pools.
