Capri is looking for an energetic individual who loves to trouble shoot IT issues and find solutions that increase productivity through the use of technology. The SysAdmin will provide ongoing technical support to the company's end-users, monitor the daily activities of the technical operations and provide ongoing maintenance to the company's systems. The right person must be able to set up, configure, monitor, secure, and optimize applications and servers across several locations.
Our ideal candidate thrives on challenge, has a methodical approach to trouble-shooting, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an underlying desire to provide the best customer service possible. You should have previous experience in a help desk role, have demonstrated an ability to learn new applications quickly, but realize that becoming an expert will take time. Knowledge of Agency Manager, Citrix or Outlook would be helpful.
