What & Why:
Our client is hiring a Systems Administrator to manage and support their growing IT infrastructure environment. As a core member of the technical operations team, you’ll troubleshoot complex system issues, configure and maintain servers, and collaborate closely with the product development group on new product launches. This role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, network security, and seamless customer experiences as they scale their AI surveillance solutions globally.
Who:
Our client is a leading technology company specializing in AI-powered surveillance and asset protection systems for enterprise and retail clients. Known for their agile development environment and customer-first mindset, they offer a collaborative workplace where technical specialists partner directly with product and operational teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- 8+ years of Enterprise IT and system administration experience with a focus on servers, virtualization, and infrastructure support.
- Strong technical expertise with VMware ESXi, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Linux, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, Firewalls).
- Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, EntraID, SSL certificates, and cloud services like AWS and Office 365.
- Proficient with server maintenance, remote data centers, backup systems, and network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.
- Certifications such as Microsoft MCSE/A+, VMware Professional, or Cisco Certified Network Professional preferred.
Salary: $90,000–$105,000.
