The mission of the Sustainability Department is to drive responsible and sustainable product and operations to deliver value for people, the planet and Aritzia.

As the Manager, Social Impact, you will support our supply chain partners, their people and communities to strengthen social foundations and enhance livelihoods. As the Manager, Social Impact you will play a key role in:
  • Delivering on Aritzia's social impact ambition
  • Working with our supply chain partners to ensure their facilities are operating in alignment with our Supplier Code of Conduct and supplier workplace standards
  • Elevating the voices of our partners' people to cultivate safety, belonging and equitable access
  • Ensuring Aritzia's presence provides a positive impact to our supply chain partners, our partners' people and their communities
  • Ensuring human rights are upheld and respected throughout Aritzia's practices
  • Working with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience


The Manager, Social Impact has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
    • Human Rights, Gender Equity and Economic Security (including wages & benefits)
    • International labour laws and labour rights protections and governing organizations
    • Apparel supply chain social compliance auditing
    • Social compliance audit frameworks and standards
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
