Refresh Financial is a leader and innovator in the Financial Services industry. We are looking for a high energy Support Assistant to join our hyper-growth company Kelowna. Reporting to the Manager of Support & Finance, this position will act as the concierge of our office as well as diligently providing the highest level of support to the team.

- General reception tasks: greet incoming guests and assist with Support Inbox as needed,
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, and items for pick-up/drop off as required,
- Maintain office presentation and organization,
- Management of parking passes and key fobs for all Kelowna Employees,
- Oversee office supply ordering and budget management,
- Collaborate with various teams, as required, to help manage their work flows,
- Liaise with established vendors to manage various service requests (office equipment, facilities etc.),
- Generate various reports as required,
- Data entry, maintenance and verification,
- Serve as backup for documentation generation, as needed,
- Assist with employee recognition programs and various team events,
- Additional duties and special projects as instructed.


- 1-2 years working experience in a fast-paced environment (Finance, tech or start up is a bonus),

- College diploma or university degree considered an asset,

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suites and office technology (computers, copiers etc.),

- Well-developed typing skills (preferably 55 WPM or more),

- Strong initiative and desire to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done,

- Maturity and sound judgement to make appropriate decisions within assigned responsibilities,

- Focus in order to work quickly and handle tasks and assignments with thoroughness and accuracy, giving careful attention to details as well as priorities,

- Proven interpersonal, and organizational skills,

- Proven ability to work effectively in a sometimes demanding environment while demonstrating a strong service orientation,

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

- High energy, outgoing individual with a positive attitude,

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
