Our client, a locally owned full-service property management firm is seeking a Strata Manager for their office in Vancouver. The client specializes in property management services across the Lower Mainland and provides diverse management services within commercial and residential strata and rental.
Your new role
The role of the Strata Manager is to oversee the day to day management of a strata portfolio across the Lower Mainland. Reporting directly to the Managing Broker, You will oversee the daily maintenance and administrative operations of your buildings, conduct site inspections, attend client meetings and coordinate financial budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of strata property management experience and you will need to be strata licensed. Preference will be given to candidates that are bilingual in Chinese as many property owners are Chinese-speaking. You have exceptional customer service with excellent time management skills and an intermediate knowledge of MS Office. You are a proactive, committed and passionate property manager.
