The mission of the Store Development Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity
As the leader of the Store Development Integration Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of Store Development functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in championing the seamless execution of all Store Development related activities by leading sub-divisional priority planning, managing Store Development lifecycles, programs and events, representing Store Development cross-functionally and leading communications across the sub-division. As the Senior Director, Store Development Integration, you will lead the team to:
¢ Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resources of work across Store Development
¢ Ensure the most important programs and lifecycles are executed perfectly and continuously improved
¢ Seamlessly execute the integration of events that impact Store Development
¢ Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the sub-division, and represent the sub-divisions interests cross-functionally
¢ To ensure all retail inputs are gathered and implemented for each new store
¢ Ensure Store Development tools and space are functional, organized and clean to support business needs
¢ Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
