Description
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with previous experience recruiting R&D and IT professionals at all levels. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the competitive nature of this market and knows how to build a strong candidate pipeline from scratch. This rile will focus on hiring top talent for our R&D Teams based in United States, mainly Sunnyvale (HQ) and likely going to help with Canada hiring as well.

Responsibilities:
    •Perform full-cycle recruitment for R&D candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc. •Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met. •Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador. Determine skill level, manage offer process, including offer negotiation, offer letter generation, offer presentation and close. •Deliver consistently positive candidate experience. •Continuously follow-up and provide strategic insight to hiring managers in an effort to confirm staffing plans and ensure that candidates and hiring managers needs are met.

Required Skills:
    •3+ Years Technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment implementing a wide range of recruiting tactics and programs. •Experience hiring Embedded Software Developers, Cloud Developers, DevOps Engineers, Web Developers, ASIC Engineers etc. •Have a proven track record hiring hard to find expertise and successfully meetings goals to hire for high priority teams in an organization •Have to ability to handle high volume of workload for ex - Recruiters work on a average workload of 40-50 headcounts at any given time •Have partnered with sourcing team and coordinator team to assign workload and to organize accordingly •Ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations and execution for both candidates and hiring managers. •High attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize candidates and roles to meet hiring needs. •Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work with a sense of urgency at all times. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. •Experience with an applicant tracking system. •Previous experience working through a full recruiting cycle
