As a member of TELUS Identity team within Business Transformation and Operations, Development and Support you will work with our business stakeholders to define product roadmap and enhancements to deliver on outstanding customer experience without compromising on security.You will:
•Act as a product owner for Customer Identity platform
•Write user stories and functional spec
•Interact with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the product roadmap, backlog are current and constant prioritization happens
•Mentor and coach team members and collaborate to deliver committed solution
•Provide vision, strategy and new ways of doing things and question the status quo
•Stay current on IAM technologies and trends to support strategy Qualifications:In Your Toolkit:
•Minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in large enterprise organization in application development space
•Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) technology and methodologies
•Demonstrated experience in various methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, SAFe
•Understanding and experience with the security methodologies and best practices
•Knowledge of governance and compliance programs related to the Access Team, such as SOX, PCI compliance
•Demonstrated leadership experience which include coaching, developing and mentoring team members
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
•Excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills
•Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
•Proven integrity in dealing with information and issues of a confidential or sensitive nature
•Superior conflict resolution skills
•Strong negotiation skills Bonus:
•J2EE, Identity domain knowledge
