The position requires a thorough understanding of the application of municipal, provincial and federal regulatory regime, and experience in conducting projects involving Development, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and MFLNRO .
• With excellent English written skills, you are able to prepare and review reports which meet regulatory and individual client requirements. • Your excellent verbal communication skills enable you to effectively communicate program needs and results with clients in both the private and public sectors. • You have experience in providing field training and mentoring junior team members in the performance of work plans.

• Designing defensible sampling programs. • Report and proposal writing. • Project management, including planning, managing timelines, budgets and resources and supervising technical staff. • Reviewing work to ensure that the Company’s standard for quality is maintained.
The following experience and qualifications would be considered an asset:
• Watercourse Assessments, marine biophysical assessments, aquatic habitat enhancement and permitting • Experience working with developer clients • Diverse, generalist type experience in multiple Biological services.
