Some of what you will do
As the Solutions Leader you oversee the solution
shop ( printing, digital marketing, shipping and tech services ) and are responsible for achieving business results based on robust sales and services targets, while ensuring our internal and external service offerings are effectively supported through a consultative sales approach. You work with your team to find ways to inspire our customers; you build loyalty and trust; and add value to the customer in ways that are meaningful to them; to help them work, learn, and grow. Specifically, you will:
•Maximize sales and margin in the services area in the store, including printing, digital marketing, shipping and tech services.
•Coach and develop solutionshop associates.
•Support the front office administration and cash management.
•Create a best-in-class customer experience for online order pick up.
•Support operational excellence.
•Ensure a clean and safe environment for a positive customer and associate experience.
•Support loss prevention and compliance.
Some of what you need
•3-4 years of retail experience •1-2 years in a graphic communications / print environment•Supervisory / coaching experience•Proven track record of achieving customer service excellence and sales results•Curious •Approachable •Passionate •Solutions finder Some of what you will get
