As we grow, we are looking for a highly motivated self-starter, who is a dynamic team player with strong analytical skills, to join our national enablement team.

Joining our Custom Security Field Enablement (CSFE) team, you will play a critical role in assessing and delivering strategic programs impacting our TCSS field service delivery model across Canada. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you'll tackle ambiguous problems and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to bring forward recommendations and create a compelling story to drive change.

Here's how
    •Manage and support a portfolio of strategic programs by assessing opportunities, engaging various levels of stakeholders and presenting recommendations to gain buy-in to drive the program forward
    •Share key findings through root cause analysis, facilitate workshops, explore and implement best practices to drive successful business outcomes
    •Leverage your expertise in business case development to identify opportunities and create a burning platform to gain buy-in from all levels of stakeholders
    •Create a clear roadmap of how to accelerate the program, and identify potential risks and mitigation plan
    •Provide timely project status updates including key performance indicators to various levels of the Executive Leadership Team, Business Enablement Leadership team, Front Line Managers, Management Professionals and Front Line Team


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) including the development of executive reports and presentations
    •Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem solving skills
    •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence at all levels
    •Demonstrated strategic planning and facilitation skills
    •Post-Secondary Degree and 3-5 years' relevant experience is preferred

Great-to-haves
    •PMP or other Project Management designations
    •Broad organizational/industry knowledge
    •Understanding of consulting methods and framework
    •Understanding of Smart Home Security & Automation products and business model
