A established civil contractor is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join to upcoming projects
Your new company
A large, well established Civil Contractor is looking to add an experience Site Superintendent to their growing team. The company completes various infrastructure projects across BC and is highly regarded within the industry. Projects completed include; Hydro, Roadways, Marine, Water/Wastewater, Mass Excavation and Shoring. These projects can range anywhere between $5m - $40m. The company has recently looked into getting involved in more joint ventures, so they can start bidding on larger projects and be involved in the P3 models.
Your new role
As a Site Superintendent you will be working closely with the Project Manager, Foreman and field staff. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project, ensuring resources are being managed effectively, and overseeing health and safety.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 8+ years' experience working within civil construction, ideally coming from a trades background with at least 1 years at a Superintendent level. Proven experience working in heavy civil, or marine is essential. Excellent communication skill, attention to detail along with a work ethic is key.
