Your new role
This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the former property manager, people tend to make careers with this company and your co-workers will all have impressive tenures with the business! You will be managing a 200,000 square foot shopping centre undergoing redevelopment. It will also be your responsibility for overseeing the entire centre and must have a keen business sense that includes knowledge of operating costs. You will be tasked with maintaining an impressive vacancy rate of 0% through exemplary customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have at least a couple of years' experience managing commercial retail properties. This employer is open to taking on someone earlier on in their career and training or having someone more senior step in and take over the shopping centre.
