We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team!

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Packaging, labeling and arranging for shipments leaving our facility.
  • Completing all freight documentation.
  • Work with Production and Sales to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Handling delicate and precise measuring equipment to verify product conformance.
  • Receiving and weighing all shipments delivered to the facility.
  • Ensuring sufficient supplies are located in the shipping area.
  • Help co-workers in the assembly and final completion of parts for shipping.
  • Make sure the work area is clean and organized to maintain an efficient and safe environment.
  • Complete any other assigned tasks to ensure smooth operation of the shop.

Requirements

  • Experience painting products in a manufacturing setting would be an asset.
  • Use of forklift for loading and unloading shipments from freight trucks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience working in a machine shop or production environment is considered an asset.
