In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the operation of the pulp mill, pulp machine and all associated equipment from reclaims to the pulp warehouse. The emphasis will be on achieving objectives in safety, production, costs, quality and the environment.

What do we need from you? We'd love you to have several years of supervisory experience in a unionized heavy industrial environment and, ideally, a trade qualification...but what will really put you over the top? Your willingness to get out from behind the desk. To delegate. Your ability to be fair, to empathize and to be flexible. Your professionalism, balancing your confidence with a dose of humility.
