ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keeping the service lane (or lanes) of incoming traffic flowing forward so that customers are spared a long wait time to have their vehicle processed.
Valets are responsible for providing alignment, tire and battery inspections in the service drive utilizing the Hunter Quick Check systems.
The process is repeated until all cars are parked, utilizing as much lane space as possible, meanwhile keeping the lanes moving.
Valet can be part of the process of providing shuttle service for customers.
Valet will retrieve vehicles for customers when ready for pick up
Included other related duties
Valet position is here to provide a higher level of service to our customers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Grade 12 certificate
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Effective customer service skills; and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
Organized with attention to detail
Must have a Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
Must have a Drivers Abstract in good standing
