A reputable contractor, based in Greater Vancouver, are looking for a leader for their Service Division. Offering an exceptional compensation package, a rewarding environment and growth potential, it is an opportunity you cannot afford to pass on.

As service manager, you'll manage the department independently although supported fully by ownership and executive management. Your team will consist of 15+ service technicians, administration and operations support. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, dispatch, scheduling, escalated service issues, technical support for your team, business development, administration and profitability. You'll work with company leadership to develop a strategic business plan for growth and development, ultimately the freedom to run the department as your own business.

You'll be a Journeyman Electrician with at least 8 years construction and service experience, with at least 3 of those years in a supervisory role. You'll have a firm understanding of P&L, intermediate computer skills (including MS Office, Accubid), highly technical and able to work in a fast paced environment.
