Our client, RF Bakery Equipment (www.rfbakery.com) is in the food equipment sales and service business and we are seeking an experienced service administrator on their behalf. The Service Administrator will play a significant role in scheduling, supporting and following up on service and repair calls with clients. This includes time sensitive checking of work orders for accuracy and following up with service partners should more information be required. In addition, the role will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching service technicians as appropriate and post service call follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
