Job Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Presents him/herself professionally, e.g. clean clothes, well groomed •Provides friendly, enthusiastic, attentive professional service throughout guests visits •Orchestrates the experiences of guests within his/her section including pacing, building rapport •Maintains a thorough knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions in order to be able to make suggestions and answer questions with enthusiasm and confidence •Proactive with regard to potential guest concerns •Takes care of side duties and stock up and clean up as required •Maintains high standards of safety, cleanliness and food safety •Accurately and efficiently uses POS system and processes payments •Assists others on the service team •As needed, includes opening and closing tasks and other duties designated by the Management team or Service Leader
