Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Systems Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and can communicate difficult technical concepts in a straightforward way to our team of seasoned digital marketing professionals. You are an enthusiastic collaborator and apply your key critical thinking skillset to develop workable solutions. You welcome change, ask questions and flourish in a fluid environment.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Lead our expanding technical team
  • Manage and document security risks, processes and tools
  • Manage Office 365- Azure Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint
  • Lead Disaster Recovery planning and execution
  • Firewall management and troubleshooting including DNS and NAT
  • FTP and VPN authentication methods
  • Digital tracking (cookie and pixel tracking) within technical systems
  • HTML/HTTP web technologies

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years applicable industry experience
  • 3+ years successful experience with leading and managing a team
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both technical and user-friendly language
  • A BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
  • Experience with S3, Cognito, API Gateway and Lambda
  • Experience with Cloud services (AWS is preferred): S3 Management, SFTP, Athena logs
  • Database experience - SQL, NoSQL
  • Experience with Office 365 - Azure Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint
  • Firewall management and troubleshooting skills including DNS and NAT
  • Experience with FTP and VPN authentication methods
  • Experience with digital tracking (cookie and pixel tracking) and technical systems
  • Knowledge of HTML/HTTP web technologies
  • Experience monitoring AWS Inspector, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Artifact, Acunetix - > for Penetration Testing
  • Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MailChimp and WP
