Our client, a privately owned Development and Construction Management company, is looking to hire a Senior Site Superintendent to focus on multifamily wood frame projects in Vancouver. Our client prides themselves on the high standards that they hold their construction projects to, and their reputation as a leader within the industry. They have expanded in recent years to focus on wood frame multifamily residential projects. They have been pursuing a controlled and systematic growth plan, and are currently undertaking a number of projects located in Vancouver and Burnaby.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has had 20+ years' experience working as a Superintendent, and has a proven track record of completing wood frame multifamily residential projects. Interpersonal skills are of extremely important, as excellent relationships with sub trades and contractors are a pillar of this clients business model. Candidates should be IT proficient and able to utilize MS Project.
Our client is passionate about construction, and about the work that they are doing in the Vancouver. They are looking for a candidate who shares their passion and vision. In exchange for your hard work and commitment you will receive an excellent compensation package. This role has the potential to progress into a General Superintendents position, where the successful candidate would managing multiple projects and offer mentorship to junior Superintendents.
