•Ensure investment credibility and the ability to address risks, roadblocks and opportunities by facilitating a common understanding through high calibre, fun and simple executive communications. Key Accountabilities:
•Support the Broadband Business Team; Implementation and Marketing Directors across TELUS, by driving the strategic planning process, facilitating executive communications, developing managerial reporting and providing support that keeps the team organized so the market facing teams can execute against their build and loading plans; delivering value for TELUS' customers, business, team and communities.
•Strategic Planning: Initiate, facilitate and formalize the 3 year and 1 year strategic plan TELUS PureFibre is Transformative.
•Executive Communications: Facilitate high-calibre presentation support to ensure common understanding of the plan and progress to plan including risks, roadblocks and ongoing mitigation or shifts in tactics; both internal to the team and across TELUS. Communications should be easily digestible and appropriate for the audience to facilitate meaningful conversations and outcomes.
•Managerial Reporting: Build and review standardized holistic managerial reporting to support weekly execution against the annual plan aligned with Weekly and Monthly reporting. Capture learnings and innovation as they are assimilated into the business.
•Organizational Support: The team you will support is focused on growing our Market Share in the Business sector, spans 4 Director teams across 3 VP areas. To be successful in the market requires collaboration across TELUS; which includes 4-6 Executive level presentations a month.
•You will be responsible for driving work-backs and keeping the team on schedule. This includes cleaning up and maintaining the SharePoint with best in class document management practises.

•Strategic Planning: Facilitation and Experience building out a Strategic plan (3 yr and 1 yr)
•Executive Communications: Executive Acumen and Communications; expert ability and portfolio of experience simplifying complex concepts via Power Point presentations
•Managerial Reporting: Ability to effectively identify, collect and package data to support decisions against business priorities
•Organizational Support: Organized, Ability to build and maintain work-backs with ability to flex to varying leadership styles ensuring proper VP approvals and alignment on targets, results and messaging
•Strong financial and business acumen
•A well-structured thought process and approach
•Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
•Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
•Expert-level MS Office capabilities
•Highly motivated and self-sufficient, able to work successfully under pressure and in the face of ambiguity - proactively identify when it's necessary to take certain steps and move ahead with confidence
•Passion for excellence
•Fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit
•Post-secondary degree, MBA preferred
•10+ years of progressively more complex management experience working with Senior Executives
•Experience working in a fast-paced, continually changing environment
