You will be joining a team with big ambitions and responsibility for some of the largest People initiatives at TELUS. Our team covers a broad portfolio including compensation, transition services, benefits, payroll, Health Services and Wellness. Reporting directly to the VP-Total Rewards, this role works closely with Directors across the team and very closely with the Program Management Office for People & Culture.Responsibilities:
•Maintain the overarching view of programs taking place across all of Total Rewards and collaborate with support partners, especially the P&C PMO, to ensure successful execution
•Manage the planning of annual programs and work across Total Rewards to develop high-quality, timely deliverables
•Consult and provide support for ad hoc projects as needed
•Maintain the status of key portfolio priorities to ensure leaders are well informed
•Lead the development of annual scorecards and provide support for quarterly reporting
•Provide support for leadership meetings, including strategic agenda management and preparation for leadership off-sitesQualifications: Required Skills and Abilities:
•You are highly comfortable with change and ambiguity
•You are able to operate at intersections - of big ideas and small details, of thinking and doing, of boldness and humility, of leading and following
•You have exceptional skills in the following areas: transformation, project management, change management, diverse stakeholder management, process improvement, quantitative and qualitative analysis, business writing, influencing, and executive presentations
•You are highly proficient with MS Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word - and digital tools more broadly
•You are able to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
•You are capable of managing high volume workloads while keeping close attention to details
•You have the ability to flex your work schedule to meet the demands of our clients and stakeholders Required Professional Designation/Certification:
•Bachelor's degree required
•Strategy, project management, innovation, process improvement, and organizational development certifications would be an asset, though not required Required Experience:
•7-10 years of related experience, particularly focused on Project Management (an asset)
