Our TELUS Health - Care Centres Enablement Team
is a brand new team within the Care Centres organization who will support patient service excellence, training, internal communications, process improvement and work closely with the operating teams building out optimized delivery models, processes and tools to drive a best-in-class patient journey through our clinics. This team will embed the best of what TELUS Health has to offer in the patient journey, showcasing our breadth of digitized capabilities and our top expertise in our in-clinic experience.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our THCC Enablement team to lead a series of complex projects that will impact our clinics and supporting teams. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to execute strategic programs, ensure operational readiness, and interlock with the other clinic operations and support teams to deliver on THCC priorities. This could range from systems launches to engagement programs to new clinical practices.
Reporting to the Director, Enablement, you will:

•5 - 7 years' experience in project management
•PMP certification is an asset
•Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
