Your new company
Our Client is an established Construction Management and General Contracting firm who pride themselves on their client-focused approach. Their diverse portfolio covers high rise residential & mixed use, wood frame multifamily, commercial, institutional and first nations projects. With several exciting projects forecasted for 2021, the company are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team.

Your new role
As Senior Project Manager you will have a unique opportunity to oversee large-scale construction projects from start to finish and work with some of the best minds in the industry. This would be a site-based position tasked with overseeing the construction of a mixed-use tower situated in New Westminster. You will be responsible for the entire project and work to deliver the project on budget and schedule with the support of a full project and site team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager on large high rise or commercial building projects over $50 million. You must have ground up construction experience and have either worked for a Leading General Contractor or High-Rise Builder. You will need a good understanding of the pre-construction and construction process along with a relevant technical education.
