You will develop the business unit strategy by:
•Seeing through the planning and managing of strategic projects and/or programs from original concept to final implementation, which drives transformational change and improvements across BTO
•Defining program scope, deliverables, and high-quality project plans, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business objectives
•Leading programs with a strong focus effective organizational change management practices to successfully implement and sustain change
•Communicating with project and/or program stakeholders and sponsors, to maintain executive support, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts
•Identifying and securing project/program resources (funding, resources, skills, etc.)
•Managing and resolving project/program issues and risk
•Supporting the development and ongoing sustainment of an effective program management practice within BTO
•Identifying opportunities to improve BTO performance, and develop the best practices and metrics required to support transformational initiatives
•Leading, mentoring and developing the business and technical team members engaged in your initiative Qualifications:Required Skills & Abilities:You Are A:

•Proactive Planner: You have highly developed personal planning and organizational skills; you have mastered the art of negotiating, initiating, planning and organizing activities so you can meet deliverables and work with minimal guidance You Have:
•Superior knowledge and experience in effectively leading change using models such as Kotter's 8 Step Change Model
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
•Completed projects in IT service management Required Professional Designation/Certification:
•A university degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities
•PMP and MBA an asset
•Management consulting experience an asset Required Experience:
•8+ years Program Management experience and/or project management of a major, complex engagement
•Excellent communication with proven relationship building with Senior Executives
•Strategy development and analysis
•Product management experience an asset
