Our SmartHome service integrates TELUS systems with a SaaS solution provided by a 3rd party vendor partner, and allows customers to interact with their system via an app or web portal and our agents/technicians to successfully support our customers remotely.
As the 'CEO of your portfolio', you'll have the opportunity to partner closely with our 3rd party platform provider to manage a joint product roadmap with TELUS, identify and pursue new market opportunities, lead the platform team and deliver new capabilities and best-in-class customer experiences.

•Use data and customer feedback to measure success and to develop meaningful actions and recommendations to improve the product, identify new opportunities, and align the organization on prioritiesQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Manage the vendor relationship including prioritization of initiatives across multiple projects, stakeholders, and business units
•Lead a team of product managers to develop an industry-leading app and service experience for our customers
•Work with teams across TELUS to provide end-to-end product roadmap requirements: including product/project management, service design, marketing, GTM, sales and support activities
•Exercise your negotiation skills to create a strong commercial contract with our vendors, as the financial and operational backbone for the business
•Create RFPs and partnerships to evaluate and strategically evolve the smart home market, both within TELUS and externally within the automation and security industry
•Passion and interest in technology - particularly SmartHome Great-to-haves
•With a focus on delivering customer value in a creative and dynamic environment
•Known for your ability to communicate across groups, and bring teams together within a large project team and influence those around you
•With a knack for presentation and storytelling, you craft clear, concise and compelling messages, sharing a vision and bringing groups along the journey
•Recognized for using data, and your proven financial acumen to make recommendations and drive decisions
•With an expertise and progressive experience in product management and project management
•Product Owner certification (or related agile development methodology experience), MBA, PMP A bit about us
•Service Design experience, lean process improvement experience
•Technical or architectural experience with complex systems spanning internal, vendor, software, hardware
•Data, BI, reporting experience, experience with systems such as Tableau
