As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the Home Solutions end-to-end product and customer lifecycles for the Mascon brand ( Mascon cable systems is a part of the TELUS family but operates independently to maintain its strong community engagement. In this role you will manage the Mascon brand and build marketing strategies to grow, upsell and retain Mascon customers.

Here's how
    •Take full ownership of the internet and TV portfolio for Mascon, program manage new capabilities, and launch new and innovative campaigns in collaboration with our key stakeholders
    •Define product strategies and drive organizational priority on the criticality of moving customers up to new speed tiers/TV packages to meet our business objectives
    •Draw on strong organizational, strategic and analytical skills to improve processes and produce best-in-class go-to-market (GTM) strategies that reinforce the power of the Mascon internet and TV connection
    •Provide strategic overviews, updates, and recommendations to the leadership team to assist with decision making and future planning activities
    •Own the 4P marketing strategy and execution for brand campaigns and key strategic initiatives, as well as ad hoc strategic projects
    •Committed to upholding the Mascon brand and will act as a brand ambassador


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Noted for your significant experience in marketing or product management, you've previously overseen a portfolio, brought products to market and collaborated with cross functional partner teams to evolve the service
    •Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast-changing environment
    •You embrace a culture of ownership with the desire to continually improve and try new things
    •Recognized for your focus on process improvement, simplifying reporting and using data to inform decisions

    •In-depth understanding of internet and TV products in addition to associated financials
    •7+ years progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions
    •A business degree in Marketing or Communications
